Below are referrals and emails from past customers. Just let me know if you would like any contact information (email address or phone number) so that you can speak with some of my past customers- I would be glad to provide it for you.
Hello Andrea. You and I have never actually spoken or have been in contact with one another, but I feel like I know you and I seem to talk about you almost daily regarding Dobie. I’m the proud owner of Dobie, who was originally named Austin by you last year. Dobie was originally purchased for me for my birthday last year by a former girlfriend and while we no longer are in contact, I am so very lucky to have kept Dobie. I work with professional athletes and for a period of time earlier this winter I spent some time in Nashville with some of our athletes and while I was there (with Dobie) ESPN was doing a story on one of the players. Well of course he was playing with Dobie and the cameraman shot a few minutes of the two of them playing.....and when they aired that story, of course a ton of that footage was used. So Dobie got national airtime......I even told the on-air personality who and where I got him from. I get compliments on him daily. Whether it’s at the dog park here in Memphis, Petsmart or even in our neighborhood, there is never a day that goes by where someone doesn’t comment to us on how beautiful, intelligent, well-mannered, well-behaved, etc, etc. I could go on and on with the litany of compliments we get on Dobie every day, no matter where we are. I have your name and contact information so well memorized due to constant questioning of where we got him and how can you be gotten in touch with......Dobie was originally bell-trained so his house-breaking might have taken all of 2 days, but he has since been taught to feed himself when he’s hungry, let himself out through the doggy door and roll down the back windows (with the power window buttons) when he feels like some air. He’s just a little over a year old now and has the temperament and personality of whatever age he needs to be given the situation. If he’s at the park he’ll run for days without stopping and has the playfulness of a puppy, or in the reverse if he’s surrounded by children, he’ll lie calmly and allow the kids to practically ride him like a horse without complaint. He is such an amazing dog!!! He has such a unique personality and is so well behaved and so smart; that is such a testament to how well you’ve bred your dogs. Because he’s so fantastic we’re going to get him a sister from you as soon as his parents (Trooper and Mackenzie) have another litter! Thank you so much for all you’ve obviously done with your dogs and please, PLEASE feel free to use me as reference for anyone and everyone. Sincerely, Jon Persch
This is my second Doberman purchased from Andrea McClure and I cannot rave enough about them. She is an exceptional breeder who truly cares about her dog family and the litters they have. Her Dobermans have a Wonderful temperment...one of the best I've seen and they are absolutely beautiful dogs....their stature is just amazing. I get compliments on how beautiful our Doberman, Prada, is and how wonderfully behaved she is. She excels in at home training as well as classroom training with other dogs, she is smart and has a desire to constantly learn. If you buy a Doberman...buy from Andrea, you will be so glad you did!
Hi Andrea. I just wanted to let you know how much we love our Doberman we got from you! She is the best natured dog I have ever had. My grandkids love to play with her. She is so gentle with them. Zoe is a little spoiled you might say. She thinks she is a lap dog! I have recently recommended you to a friend of mine and she can't wait for your next litter! All your Dobermans are very clean and healthy. That's what really sold me on one of your puppies. When we are ready for another puppy, we will be sure we come straight to you! Thank you so much, Carrie.
Since the first contact with Andrea in regards to "Apollo," she was not only professional but also passionate to answer all my questions about the dog, history of the breed, and process of the purchase. Like all online shoppers, I was afraid of the legitimacy of the transaction but Andrea had a great kennel and I can tell from her enthusiasm that she is in love with the dogs she breeds. Process of payment was simple through Western Union and confirmation of airline shipping was given immediately. Apollo came in a well padded crate with some packages of food he used to eat for ease of transferring his diet. Overall it was a great experience with Andrea and do recommend getting your dog from her if you are indeed a Doberman lover!
Where do I start? As you see this is my baby, Kekoa. I have had Dobermans for a long time. I have had blacks and reds at the beginning. By chance I went to buy a blue and saw this other puppy by himself in a old metal tub. He was standing over the top looking straight at me. I asked the breeder what he was and that point I became familiar with the Fawn (Isabella) color of the breed. I bought that puppy and took him home. In 2005, twelve years, later Lance died in my arms due to cancer. At that point I never wanted another dog. It was too heartbreaking. I would look at web sites and at the newspaper just glancing at other puppies and none came close to Lance. One day I found Andrea's site. I took one look at Trooper's eyes and found the dog I wanted as a sire. He had the same soul behind those eyes that Lance had. When I looked further into the site and saw that the rest of the dogs had the correct confirmation for the Doberman breed. I was hooked. I knew I wanted a Fawn (Isabella). I was lucky the upcoming litter had two. I was told mine was sick and might not make it past the first week. At first I wanted the other male until I saw a picture of Kekoa a couple of weeks old and he held his head high and was so sure of himself that I was glad he was mine. I named him Kekoa which means "strong one" in Hawaiian. He is now 10 months old. He is over 72lbs and stands 26'' at the shoulders. He has such a gentle soul. He knows when to be watchful and when to play. He has so much energy. He loves to give kisses and his tail never stops wagging. He makes me laugh everyday. Everyone who sees him wants him. At times I wish Lance was still around to play with him. I cannot say how much I appreciate Andrea breeding Dobermans the way they are suppose to be bred. I have looked at and seen a lot of breeders who just don't care. Andrea's dog are everything a Doberman is suppose to be: Brave, Intelligent, Loyal, Playful and Loving. I have a dog I can depend on in any situation. He is my buddy. If I ever buy another Doberman it will be from Andrea with no hesitation.
Our dog Cisco, 5 months old now, is a wonderful addition to our family. We were searching the internet for a Doberman puppy, rust and male when we happen to come across Andrea's post for a puppy - just what we were looking for. From our very first contact to receiving the puppy Andrea was wonderful. We talked on the phone, e-mailed and always got a quick response. Which was great given we are half way across the country from her. We have adopted dogs from local shelters before but this time we wanted to have a puppy to raise. We had never dealt with a breeder or having a dog shipped to us and Andrea was always willing to answer any of our questions, making us feel comfortable. She sent us updates and pictures and we fell in love with him even before he got here. He is very loving, playful, healthy and protective. He's full of energy and makes us laugh. When he's tired he will curl up next to one of us. He always wants to be near us. If you are looking for a puppy we would highly recommend getting one from Andrea. Thank you Andrea!
I bought my doberman puppy over a year ago from Andrea McClure. I found there website while I was researching dobermans on the internet and I saw some of their pups and fell in love. I called and set up a time to come look at the 3 pups she had left. When I met them Andrea and her 3 pups met me outside. I immediately fell in love with the red and rust female they had. My fiancé and I put down half the payment and came back the next week with the rest of the money ready to take the pup home. Andrea sent us off with the pup which we named Cleo and 2 sample bags of the dog food Cleo had been eating. Andrea and her husband are nice, trustworthy people, with great dogs. Like I said before, we have had Cleo over a year now, and to be totally honest, we couldn't be happier. She is a part of our family now. She shows us love, compassion, loyalty, and happiness. She never gets sick. The only time we ever have to take her to the vet is for her shots and check ups. When Chris and I get ready for another female, you better believe we'll come here to buy one. Thanks a lot Andrea!!
My husband and I browsed the internet numerous times earlier this year (2009) trying to find an AKC registered breeder for Doberman's in Texas. We came across Andrea's website and after thoroughly reading through her health guarantee and testimonies from past buyers, we felt certain she was the breeder we were searching for. We immediatley were in contact with Andrea and became "close" via email. She answered all our questions in a very honest and sincere way and through the emails we could sense her loyalty to her animals. That was very comforting to us. We are animal lovers ourselves and we knew immediatley that Andrea wasn't breeding for the money or any other reason than just loving her animals and wanting to share them with others. Klaus is our 10 month old "Baby Boy," and we wouldn't have it any other way. He's has been a loving, caring and compassionate dog from the 1st day we picked him up! He's loyal, great with others and is very obedient. He puts a smile on our faces every single day & he wags his whole bottom when we come home from work because he's so excited to see us. There have been numerous guests and workers at our home who seem to always compliment us on Klaus & how striking he is in appearence and size. We are convinced that Klaus's calm, obedient & loving nature stem from his exceptional blood line and breeder's love (Andrea) from the beginning. We will be purchasing another Doberman from Andrea in the future. We are currently awaiting our own little bundle of joy at the end of December, 2009 and we can't wait to introduce our baby girl to her BIG brother, Klaus!! We know he will be one of her greatest protectors and he is one of ours already.Thank you Andrea for all your emails, contact and advice you've devoted to us over the last several months. You made us feel very comfortable in choosing the right breeder! --The Carsons.
